« Dîner à quatre mains » with Macarena de Castro

Pierre Balthazar of The Restaurant invited Macarena de Castro for a collaborative culinary session on January 27 and 28. You can watch the delicious results here.  

About Macarena de Castro

This Spanish chef has been cooking from an early age and cut her teeth with master chefs. Her restaurant, Jardin*, was crowned with a Michelin star in 2012 and has become a successful family business as well as a true hotspot for foodies.

Pierre Balthazar, the chef and current “Culinary Director” of The Restaurant, has been on a bold and eclectic journey and he owes his open-mindedness especially to his 10 multicultural years at the head of Council of Europe’s kitchens.

The Salon du Chocolat is the world’s largest event dedicated to chocolate.
Created 20 years ago in Paris by Sylvie Douce and François Jeantet, the Salon du Chocolat takes place in major cities across the world: Paris, New York, Tokyo, Moscow, Beijing, Shanghai, Seoul, Lima, Salvador da Bahia, London, Zurich, etc.
Brussels now represents a key date among the European events.

Last year, the show attracted nearly 30,000 visitors throughout 3 days. Belgian visitors from all regions came most often as a family, but also with their friends, and showed themselves to be very enthusiastic and excited about this first event.
