The menu of the ‘Easter Brunch’ consists of:

  • Cheese gougères
  • Cat tongue biscuit with marinated salmon, fromage frais with herbs and rocket
  • White pudding bruschetta with onion compote
  • Oyster with grated cucumber and lime
  • Asparagus and egg cooked at 63°
  • Waterzooi with brill and clams
  • Lamb chops with potato gratin
  • Candied lamb with fresh vegetables
  • Red berry sorbet
  • Light chocolate cake
  • Sliced fruit
  • Coffee

The package includes:

  • Stay in The Hotel
  • The brunch at The Restaurant
  • Breakfast
  • Parking
  • And a late check out until 2pm
