The Culinaria festival of gastronomy returns to Brussels from 18th to 22nd October, with over thirty of Belgium’s best chefs showcasing their culinary talents. Each participating chef has developed a dish especially for the festival and with three different five-course gourmet menus to choose from each night, Culinaria is the perfect opportunity to taste and explore the very best of Belgian cuisine. The festival also offers a unique opportunity for foodies to see their idols at work, preparing dishes in the open kitchens, or even sitting down to share a special Sunday brunch on 22nd October.
This year’s line-up includes big names such as Lionel Rigolet (Comme Chez Soi), Yves Mattagne (Sea Grill), and The Restaurant’s own Pierre Balthazar, who will be serving a very special dish of marinated mi-cuit tuna with golden enoki mushrooms, burrata and coriander.
