We believe in putting the guest at the center of our operations, which is why all our employees undergo reverse thinking training to enhance their guest-centric approach. To incentivize excellence, our employees are rewarded based on guests' review scores. We conduct regular fire evacuation exercises to ensure the preparedness of our guests and employees, and our fire alarm monitoring center undergoes weekly testing for optimal safety.

Through our partnership with Drip Drop, every umbrella rented contributes to our tree planting initiative, promoting environmental sustainability. We actively participate in fundraising events such as the Kick Cancer Race, supporting important causes in the fight against cancer. Our collaboration with TADA, a non-profit organization, allows us to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children. To support Ukraine, we organize charity galas and dinners, providing aid to those in need. We prioritize giving back by donating our old working computers to the HUBU association for redistribution to orphanages and youth training centers. As a gesture of support, we offer complimentary rooms to Ukrainian refugees between 2022 and 2023. When it comes to our food and beverage offerings, we partner with locally-based producers such as Bigh, an aquaponic farm located 2km away, for our fresh produce. We source our praline chocolate and peanut butter from Buddy Buddy, just 156m from our doorstep. Yogurt Kitchen, located 800m away, supplies us with 100% organic yogurt made from milk sourced from the Ardennes region. Our honey supplier, Nectar & Co, located 55km away, ensures the highest quality honey for our guests. Additionally, we collaborate with Urbea Leaf, a leaf supplier located 2km from The Hotel.
